Mike Wicklund Sr.
Mike Wicklund Sr. is a metallurgical engineer, PE, and founder of Missouri Forge Inc. Mike began the company in 1972 in Chicago, Illinois. In 1979 after a long search for just the right location, the company relocated to Doniphan, Missouri. Since that time, we have gone through 12 major expansions. Mike Sr. is retired and has moved to Florida and is enjoying the golf courses and beaches.
Mike Wicklund Jr.
Mike Wicklund Jr. has gained a wealth of experience in his over 45 years in the forging industry. As a second-generation family member, Mike has worked in every position at Missouri Forge Inc., including sales, operations, and finance. Mike Jr. is now semi-retired but still active in the company in a strategic as well as sales capacity. Mike Jr. is also the go-to person for solving complex challenges that occur anywhere within the company.
Michael Wicklund III
Michael Wicklund III began his career with Missouri Forge Inc. working in the manufacturing plant while still in high school. When a consultant told Michael that a payroll program could not be written in Excel, he took that as a personal challenge and built a working model anyway. Since that time, Michael has helped to develop the manufacturing tracking and reporting software for Missouri Forge Inc. He has a Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri S&T and an MBA from Arkansas State. Continuing the family tradition, in 2019 Michael III became president and CEO of Missouri Forge Inc.
